Not investment advice. Nothing on the site or in these docs is financial, investment or legal advice. Clan coins and $CROWD are pump.fun coins; they can lose all their value.
The Vault pays no one. The Vault buys back and burns coins; it does not send money to wallets. No promise of any return is made by anyone.
What the program holds. Your coins are in your wallet. The program holds the Vault, clan fee balances until collection, owner balances until claimed, Beef amounts until the Beef is settled, and the gas tank.
Fees. All fees are listed on the Fees page and are charged by the pump.fun contracts and the crowded program as described there.
Age and jurisdiction. You must be 18 or older and it is your responsibility to make sure that using crowded is legal where you live. {restricted regions, if any}
Content. Clan names, pictures and emojis are set by their creators. The team may hide a clan from the front page for scam, adult content or impersonation; the clan stays in the registry and keeps competing, and the coin cannot be removed from pump.fun.
Third parties. pump.fun, fomo, Jupiter and wallets are not operated by crowded. Their terms apply to their services.
Changes. Changes to the rules are listed on the Protocol changes page with the date.
