How it works
Who can do what
Why: a table of roles is shorter than a promise. The program checks the limits; it does not decide who won.
| Does | |
|---|---|
| Anyone | Creates a clan (with X). Buys and sells any clan coin anywhere. Reads the counted trades, scores and buybacks. Cannot register a coin created outside the site. |
| Clan owner | Claims the 0.6 % share. Signs Ping. Sets links, stream, up to 5 Shillers. Challenges another owner to a Beef. Does not set the 2 % fee or its split, does not transfer ownership or change the X account. |
| Shiller | Proposes a Beef opponent. Touches no money. |
| The indexer (team's server) | Computes standings. Triggers the finish, and each buyback chunk at a random time. Sets Beef results. |
| The team | Hides a clan from the front page (the clan stays in the registry, keeps competing and keeps its buybacks). Reads the same data as everyone. |
| The program | Checks: one finish a day; the coin is in the registry; each place or step ≤ 5 % of the money in the coin, chunks ≤ 2 % and not more than once an hour; a buyback burns in the same transaction; the Vault's cap. |
The Vault's instructions: buy back and burn a registered coin; burn $CROWD above the cap. Beef amounts live in the Beef's own account and go to the winner's buyback or back to the two owners.
